Custodian/Janitor

GovSmart, Inc. is a small IT sales company looking for a part-time Custodian to help maintain our headquarters here in Charlottesville. 

We are looking for someone well-rounded who can complete a variety of miscellaneous tasks as required. 

Responsibilities:

• Regular cleaning of common areas – to include office spaces, kitchen, and restrooms/shower 
• Trash removal 
• Basic Maintenance 
• Minor landscaping 
• Washing company cars 

Requirements:

• Must be able to physically lift 50lbs and perform a variety of physical tasks 
• Well-rounded 
• Positive attitude 

Hours:
20 hours per week, or 10 hours per week

Salary Range:
$20/hr
