What is ESI?

Enterprise Software Initiative—a DoD program that consolidates software purchasing to obtain standardized terms, discounted pricing, and streamlined ordering. GovSmart provides access to enterprise software agreements designed to simplify purchasing and deliver competitive pricing for Department of Defense customers. Available offerings include the DoD DevSecOps ESI Catalog and the Department of the Navy ESL NetApp Catalog through NASA SEWP, as well as the SolarWinds DoD ESI BPA through GovSmart’s authorized dealer relationship with Carahsoft.
