SEWP VI is NASA’s governmentwide acquisition contract for IT, communications and audio-visual products and services. Every federal agency and its approved contractors can use it. The ordering period runs ten years, to October 31, 2036, and the 0.34% SEWP fee is already built into our quoted prices.

Ordering
How to order
- Send us your requirement. Email a bill of materials, part numbers or a description to [email protected], or call 434-326-5656. We’ll check scope, pricing and lead times and come back fast.
- Post it in the SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT). Log in at sewp.nasa.gov, create a request and select GovSmart. If you want HUBZone credit, choose the HUBZone set-aside group for Category A.
- Award and send the order to SEWP. Issue the delivery order to GovSmart and send a copy to the SEWP Program Office at [email protected]. We’ll confirm, ship and track the order through delivery.

When can agencies start ordering on SEWP VI?
NASA lists November 1, 2026, as the start date for SEWP VI orders. SEWP V orders can still be placed through January 31, 2027, so you can use either during the transition.
Can I get HUBZone credit by ordering from GovSmart on SEWP VI?
Yes, for Category A product orders under NAICS 541519 (ITVAR), where SEWP lists GovSmart as HUBZone, SB. For services under Categories B and C, check the NAICS code on your order with your contracting officer.
Who can use SEWP VI?
All federal agencies and their approved contractors. It’s a governmentwide acquisition contract, so you don’t need a separate agreement with NASA.
